I was diagnosed last thursday that I have first stage Hypertension. Damn! The doctor asked my mom if we have relatives who has the same case, she informed that my dad and my lolo has it. Damn! I didn't even know we have this. It all started last tuesday, I was about to log in when I felt dizzy. I went to the clinic and the nurse sent me home because my BP is not stable. Right now, I'm taking 3 kinds of medicine. One for BP and the other two are for pains. My goodness! Bata pa ako, I'm only 26 brr!
I don't smoke or drink. I eat healthy foods, but I like sweet =). I usually eat fish lang not too much pork. Fruits, patok sa'kin. Oatmeal, i'm starting to like it, kaylangan kasi eh.
Siguro talagang nasa lahi. Ampt! Badtrip! My doctor advised me to take some break. So I didn't go to work for 3 days. Bakasyon grande pro after I'm broke and that's for sure. We don't have paid off yet. Too bad. =(
