Ingredients:
1/2 kilo of Squid
1/4 kilo of Hipon
1/2 kilo of Sulib (Talaba removed from Shell)
1/2 cup of Bagoong Alamang
1/2 Kalabasa, diced
6 pcs of Okra, cut
Talong, cut
Ampalaya, sliced
Sitaw, it depends on you =)
4 pcs of Garlic, crushed
1 medium size Onion, minced
3 tablespoon of cooking oil
2 taza's of water
Salt and Vetsin to taste
Procedure:Heat cooking oil in a pan, then put garlic and onion. Mix well then add Bagoong Alamang. Simmer for 2 minutes the add the following: Hipon, Squid, Sulib. Let it cook for 3 minutes then add 2 taza's of water. Let it boil for 3 minutes then add the Kalabasa. Simmer for another 2 minutes until the Kalabasa is cook, then add Okra, Talong, Ampalaya and Sitaw. Add salt and vetsin to taste.
